Mission: TO PROVIDE EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE IN A CRISIS PREGNANCY
Programs: Hope pregnancy center is a non-profit, christ-centered ministry, offering practical support to girls, women, and families. Hope pc empowers men, women, and youth to make life-affirming, informed choices regarding sexual integrity, pregnancy, and the sanctity of human life. The 4 centers located in temple, tx, killeen, tx and copperas cove, tx, offer free and confidential pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, options counseling, emotional support, post-abortion grief ministry, parenting classes, maternity clothing, baby clothing and accessories, referrals to life-affirming community help organizations and churches. 16 staff and over 100 volunteers are offered training opportunities including human trafficking awareness training on a monthly basis with the goal of offering compassionate care with integrity to all clients. In 2014, the following services were provided: 6299 total services, 2397 pregnancy tests, 2305 community referrals, 2291 clients received clothing and baby accessories, 1210 limited ultrasounds provided, 1482 received parenting education, 88 clients chose to follow jesus christ, 1283 were presented the gospel of jesus christ, 118 clients who initially stated intentions to abort pregnancy or were undecided later stated they intended to carry the baby, 685 clients who were at risk of choosing abortion stated they intended to carry the baby to term, 1 chose adoption for their babies, and 282 received post abortion grief support. 246 known military clients. All ultrasounds are performed by medical personnel such as rns who have been trained by certified rdms instructors. All medical information and services are reviewed and approved by a licensed ob-gyn who serves as the medical director.
