Mission: The mission of the Kinkead Housing Foundation is to provide the best quality of affordable housing available to those families and individuals in the moderate and low income levels. The Kinkead Housing Foundation exists to achieve one clear goal - to fill the most critical need of most communities, to have clean, safe, and affordable housing.
Results: We have almost 20 multi-family apartment facilities providing lower cost housing alternative for those who need it.
