USA Water Polo Inc

Our family has been blessed to be a part of the USA Water Polo community for several years now, as we have four children that play water polo, from age 8 on up to 17. We could not be more pleased with the benefits and support that USA Water Polo has provided our family over the years. Our children continually receive the opportunity to work with high level coaches and mentors, that strive to enable them to be the best they can be, not only as athletes but as upstanding members of this community. USA Water Polo promotes the sport from the ground up and has provided our kids access to everything from excellent training programs to high level competitions across the United States and Internationally. Our children have chosen to build their lives around this incredible sport, and we are grateful to USA Water Polo for providing the platform to make their dreams a reality.

As a parent of kids engaged in a number of different sports, I am so happy that our oldest has found water polo. This is a sport unlike others, in that instead of weeding out kids at an early age, USA Water Polo brings programs like ODP to encourage participation. The more opportunities our kids have to learn and be exposed to a positive and inclusive environment like ODP, the more likely they are to develop a long-term love of the sport. Thank you USA Water Polo for providing us the opportunity to establish what I hope will be a mutually beneficial relationship!

We are delighted to support USA Water Polo because they provide excellent opportunities for individual players to develop and unique experiences for teams to compete at all levels culminating in the USA national teams. Our family has been involved with youth water polo clubs for many years starting with our children as young players and now as advanced players and coaches with Pride Water Polo. USA Water Polo provided the much needed support for the development of our clubs and zones over this span of time. USA Water Polo conducts several large national events each year which draw the entire community together. These events are enjoyable and well run. USA Water Polo leadership strives to promote the sport across the country. We are pleased to participate in the on-going operation as well as to help facilitate the expansion of USA Water Polo.

When our younger kids were in elementary school, we started looking for sports that involve brain, skill, fitness, team work, low chance of injury, and year-round play. We watched the USA Water Polo Team at the Beijing Olympics, and wanted our kids to have a chance growing up fit and strong like the players. Luckily our kids liked water polo. Now six years later, water polo is dominating our family agenda, accompanying our son and daughter to games and training has become my second job, and we have been thoroughly enjoying the process.

I have volunteered for several years at the annual golf tournament which benefits the National Team programs. Terrific organization and so happy to support such a worthy cause in a small way.

They have been more than gracious is supporting other clubs and bettering the water polo community. They strive to have the best people to run this great organization. They have not just helped me but they have also helped my club and many clubs like mine. Thank you very much for all you have done USA Water Polo!

I have had excellent experiences with USAWP as a player, coach, referee and volunteer. The organization gave me the chance to play the game at the highest level, and allowed me to give back and help younger athletes learn this great sport and achieve their goals as well. Their events are exceptionally well-run, and the Board of Directors and senior leadership is unmatched among other NGB's. This is truly one of the finest youth sports organizations in the country, whose influence extends all the way up through the Olympic Games.

As a profession within the field, I think the idea of our new stadium is going to be life changing for USA Water Polo. Hopefully USA Water Polo can be the leader of Water Polo in the continent. Also, Junior Olympics are very well run, and gives young players a chance to play towards someday being an olympian.

My son stumbled upon water polo 4 years ago. He has learned a great work ethic, made wonderful life long friends, has had coaching examples that are truly unbelievable and most importantly what the true meaning of "team" is. USA water polo has changed our lives forever. We LOVE USA Water Polo!!!

Our family has been involved with USA Water Polo for more than a dozen years, as athletes, parents, coach, volunteer, & lovers of the game. This organization is dedicated to growing the sport at every age from Splashball to Masters, & every level from age group to national teams. The success the US teams enjoy internationally, most notably the women's 2012 Olympic gold medal victory, speaks very highly of the professionalism & commitment to excellence of the organization. But the true testment is in the thousands of players & families who are able to play & compete & enjoy this game, thanks to the efforts of USA Water Polo. We are proud to be part of the USA Water Polo family!!

USA water polo continues to expand its programs to meet everyone's needs. From 5 - 9 year old they have Splashball and for 60+ year old they offer Master's water polo. Keep up the good work.

My daughter has played water polo for almost 11 years now. She loved the sport the first time she tried it and has only once not wanted to go to her almost daily practices and that was the day after her bat mitzvah! The sport has almost singlehandedly been the biggest force outside of her family to help her become the beautiful young woman she is today. The sport has given her self-confidence, self-esteem, the ability to work with others, an incredible social life and an activity that she loves to do every day. Because water polo has given so much to our family, I thought I would like to give back to the sport in some way. I decided to go to the top, to USA Water Polo, to see what I could do to help grow water polo so other families could experience everything we had gotten from the sport. I believe so much in the sport that I believe in USA Water Polo's motto, "Polo in every pool". So I do what I can for USA Water Polo and when I work with everyone associated with USAWP I see a huge committment to the betterment of water polo, a love of the sport and an organization that is highly professional. I see everyone trying to put on the best tournaments, successful fundraising events and marketing promotions all keeping the costs down as much as possible and yet turning out great events. USA Water Polo serves the athlete that wants to play for fun and enjoyment and also those althletes that strive to be an Olympian. We should all be proud of the work that USAWP has done over the years for young men and women to reach their dreams, whatever that may be.

Being a mother and after attending multiple polo tournaments over the years, I am confident in saying that the USA Water Polo Organization is very well run. After attending the Olympic Development Tourny I am able to say the staff was very organized, helpful and friendly. As a non-profit it is great to see that you guys are so involved with the communities and have great events for donors to attend and its always nice to see volunteers!

I attended this years Hall of Fame and Olympic Send Off Party! It was amazing to honor the Hall of Fame athletes as well as sending off the Olympians with a lavish party. The hotel was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. I came as someones guest this year, and I am hopeful to attend next years event.

As an athlete, coach, and volunteer, I have dealt with USA Water Polo for the majority of the past 10 years; I can confidently say that my experience with the organization has been entirely positive. The organization is well-led, organized, professional, and appears to be on track to grow the sport. As an athlete, I was extremely pleased with the efficiency with which the organization operates. Much of USA Water Polo's core function involves the organization and execution of games and tournaments, which were all extremely well run and helped me as an athlete and coach achieve goals for myself and my team. As a volunteer, I was lucky to have the opportunity to work with some of the organizations' leaders, all of whom are driven, talented professionals seeking to further the mission of growing the sport and succeeding on the international level. The organization's internal activities are singularly focused on this goal, and demonstrate a great deal of forethought. I can truly say that all of my interactions with USA Water Polo have been positive and have changed me for the better.
