I met Doris Hamilton-Ford, the founder of this CEMFA, recently and was very impressed with her dedication to this cause. Her tireless work for these mothers and their children is inspiring. This is near and dear to my heart and I felt compelled to give to this worthy group. It is my hope that many more people will help these women with generous donations so they can start building a better future for themselves and their families.

I was introduced to this charity last year at a event at a major mall in Orange County, where me and my family purchased raffle tickets to support the fund raiser, this is a special subject to me personally , as a child I witnessed my mom being abused at the hands of my step father, she still wears those scares to this day, this problem is real and for the most part hidden only coming out in special announcements nationally , but its affect on families and lives has done more damage than could ever be calculated in human terms, the children like I once was are forever scared, what I love about this charity is that it works on giving back to the mothers a sense of dignity and new hope in a otherwise hopeless situation, Doris keeps this abuse and the affects on families in the forefront so that it is never pushed to the side as a random issue, it is at the end of the day a serious public health issue.

I had a chance at a networking event to meet Doris who runs this amazing charity, I was very uninformed as to the great need of these women and their children, I promised to do everything in my power to get the word out and volunteer our services , her dedication to these families is unsurpassed and from what I have witnessed she has had a big impact on behalf of these families. I highly recommend this charity as a worth while endeavor for those who really care about making a difference.

I have been helping CEMFA for the past two years and its founder Doris Hamilton-Ford who is relentless in her efforts to help these women who suffer from debilitating abuse. Her dedication and focused efforts have changed the daily experience of these ladies and their children, the goal to provide these women with transportation to rebuild their lives is a monumental task that she will prevail . I advise everyone who checks out the website and Facebook site to become a doer of action on behalf of these women.
