Programs: Mental health and substance abuse counseling services provided to adults, couples, and families. Provided 9,572 units of service to 1,123 clients. 93% of mental health clients report improved mental health. 85% of substance abuse clients report improvement and making better choices. 61% of substance abuse treatment clients and 58% of mental health counseling are below the poverty income level.
Foster care and adoption - 46 children served in foster care. 9 children adopted. Currently have 15 licensed foster families and continues to recruit and licesne more.
Substance abuse prevention programs - the red barrel campaign to dispose of prescription painkillers has grown to a location at every michigan state police post. Over 800 lbs collected in the fiscal year. There is a 93% alcohol compliance rate with local liquor retailers.
Volunteer services: recruit, train, and match volunteers with older adults in need of various human services. 970 seniors served through resource advocary. 687 rides provided for homebound seniors. Food and gift boxes provided to 113 seniors, family life education programs, elder abuse prevenution, parish ministry services and day care program for senior citizens with dementia. 100% satisfaction reported from persons receiving services in these programs.
