Programs: Early Care and Education - provide education to families and their children through programs such as Head Start and Universal Pre-K. Housing and Community Development - provide services and opportunities to low-income persons, as well as assist in the administration of other services. Specific programs include Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Weatherization Assistance, and Asset Development Health and Family Services - provide residential and asset development services to children and their families through such programs as youth safehouses, after-school, and respite. Health services provide adult and senior home and health care services. Family Services provides education and support through our Fatherhood program. Child care council - program includes child care, referrals, and other related services. Economic development - the program provides economic counseling to individuals as a means to improve assistance in the administration of other services.
