What would I do if it was not for agencies like Safe Hands in communities. I am a single mother of 4 and lived in Hillburn Hills community for 3 years. My children love the staff who is caring and nurturing. It feels good know that there is somewhere for my children to go when I am at work.

I am a former employee of Safe Hands, I only quit to find full-time employment. I absolutely think the concept of the program is great. I really missed working with the children. If they offered full-time work I would still be employed after 7 months with the agency.

Oh my, what a coincidence! ALL of these magnificent reviews on this organization were written on the same date, July 02, 2015(QUESTIONABLE???). It is obvious that these people are liars. Please pay careful attention to the writing patterns. Misspelled words, fragments, and in some cases, no punctuation at the end of sentences (Very Impressive). It must be nice to call on family and friends and ask them to lie about the reputation of your organization. Readers please note that one of these liars that wrote a review (Mrs. ---------100) has admitted that she is a convicted FELON. Perhaps, that is the reason she is unable to gain successful employment elsewhere, and is also the reason she speaks so highly of this DUMP. Her credibility is shot! So, just disregard anything she says considering her questionable background. As previously mentioned, this organization is NOT an example of a reputable non - profit organization and the Executive Director, Debbie, is unprofessional. If you accept a position with this organization and you manage to stick around 2-3 months, I can assure you that you will experience not being paid on scheduled paydays, and the so called outreach process, which is better known as begging. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED from an honest perspective!

Warning, beware of Safe Hands Inc.! I worked as a Site Supervisor for this organization, and on several occasions I did not receive my direct deposit on the scheduled payday(Friday). I would contact the Executive Director, Debbie, and she always had an excuse. For example, she would try to convince me that she did not receive my time keeping information or that her payroll provider made an error(ADP). How dare her lie on (ADP) which is a reputable payroll provider. Most people would agree that ADP has been around for years with an impeccable repetition for providing outstanding payroll solutions for small, medium, and large businesses and corporations. This lady robs Peter to pay Paul. She does not provide the materials needed to operate her sites effectively, instead she will suggest that you contact different businesses to beg. Debbie's definition of (OUTREACH). Inquiring minds would certainly be interested in knowing exactly what she does with the government funding that she's receiving? Based on my observations, she is NOT using it to pay her employees in a timely manner nor is she using the government funding to improve the operations and appearances of her sites.

Safe Hands is an example of an helping and caring agency, and is willing to go the extra mile to make you feel needed. They have an awesome Programs Manager that always encourage and push to bring out the best in you. Ms. Debbie is very professional. Being a volunteer with the company I never had any doubts about any thing because I love working with Safe Hands and the families that they serve. Safe Hands is such a great place we all get alone as a famlily. We all work to acheive the company's mission and goals. I am not only looking to continued volunteerism but, hoping and looking forward to work with Safe Hands for many years to come.

WOW, Safe Hands is a very organized organization and very suffiecent to me and the communites they serve. This whole program is only Outreach...No funding for the sites they service. I would take a look at their sites before you commit. Upper management "Debbie" (owner) very unprofessional...Check them out dont say you where not warned....They have had 4 new employees at my apartments in the 4 months ive been here to me thats a RED FLAG!!!
