Causes: Education, Engineering & Technology, Technology
Mission: Galaksi Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to improving access to basic education and, to improving the livelihoods of people in low-income neighborhoods. We support learning developments through Learning Initiatives. Also, we conduct non-commercial research and development through Community Projects.
Target demographics: students, teachers and community members in low-income neighborhoods
Direct beneficiaries per year: students with 400 mathematical sets, 350 clipboards, 500 pencils and 300 feminine sanitary towels
Geographic areas served: the United States and Africa
Programs: learning kits, workshop events, STEM based research projects
