Mission: At Empowering Change Outreach and Services, our unwavering dedication lies in serving the broken, displaced, and underserved individuals in our local area and surrounding regions. As we continue to grow exponentially, expanding into seven states, our mission remains rooted in fostering positive transformation within communities and uplifting those in need. Our primary focus is to provide essential resources and support to those facing adversity, empowering them to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives. Through our diverse range of services, we strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families in need. We extend a helping hand through our free weekly bread and bakery items outreach, ensuring that no one in our community goes without nourishment. Our family food boxes and homeless care kits offer vital sustenance and comfort to those facing economic hardship and homelessness. In addition to meeting immediate needs, we recognize the importance of long-term solutions. Our emergency referral services play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with shelters and housing, offering them a safe space to rebuild their lives. Understanding the significance of mental health and addiction recovery, we also provide access to referral services, guiding individuals towards the necessary support for healing and growth. Through compassion, empathy, and a relentless pursuit of change, we aspire to create a society where no one feels abandoned or forgotten. Our commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of our communities propels us forward, seeking new ways to make a positive difference in the lives of those we touch. Results: Our relentless commitment to empowering change has yielded remarkable results that have positively impacted the lives of countless individuals and families in need. Through our dedicated efforts, we are proud to share some of the significant achievements we have attained to date. Over 600 families have found solace and relief through our services, as we provided them with essential resources and support during their times of hardship. By offering family food boxes, weekly bread and bakery items outreach, and other vital assistance, we have alleviated their immediate struggles, ensuring that they never have to worry about putting food on their tables. For over 147 homeless individuals living on the streets, we have been a guiding light in their journey towards finding shelter and stability. Our outreach efforts have extended a helping hand, offering them a pathway out of homelessness. Through compassionate care and tireless dedication, we have connected them with safe housing options and resources that lay the foundation for a hopeful and dignified future. In recognizing the complexities of the challenges faced by those in need, we have facilitated close to 400 referrals for emergency assistance, weatherization, mental health support, and addiction recovery. These vital referrals have played a crucial role in addressing not just the immediate crises but also the underlying issues that may impede progress towards a better life. Our comprehensive approach to addressing the multifaceted needs of our communities has not only impacted individuals directly but has also fostered a sense of community and support. By working hand-in-hand with partner organizations and volunteers, we have created a powerful network that reinforces the impact of our efforts and extends our reach even further. The success stories and positive feedback we receive from those we serve fuel our passion for continuing this vital work. Witnessing lives transformed, families reunited, and individuals reclaiming their sense of dignity and purpose motivates us to push the boundaries of our impact and strive for even greater accomplishments in the future. As we reflect on the incredible outcomes we have achieved thus far, we remain steadfast in our mission to empower change and improve the lives of those in need. Target demographics: combat food insecurities and homelessness in rural areas and surrounidng communities

Geographic areas served: NW Missouri and have expanded into 7 States, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyominig and Utah
