Mission: The Milestone Foundation is the only non-profit organization offering non-recourse pre-settlement funding to low-income plaintiffs as they pursue justice. Litigation can take years to resolve, during which plaintiffs often face financial hardship, making them vulnerable to settling their cases for less than they deserve. We offer low-cost funding with a simple 10% interest rate to help plaintiffs continue their legal battles without the pressure of immediate financial distress. In an industry where pre-settlement funding is often unregulated and subjected to exorbitant interest rates, many plaintiffs are forced into predatory lending agreements that can compound over time. Our mission is to provide an ethical, transparent alternative, ensuring that plaintiffs in financial need have access to fair, affordable resources, enabling them to pursue justice without the fear of financial exploitation.
