Thankful for this group of humans and the work they do. As a family member of a surviving victim, they have done so much to support our family.

I appreciate the work you have done in exposing sex trafficking worldwide. A lot of people don't believe that infants or even children are sex trafficked. I hear so many times its an antifa lie. Is there any way to make this information more mainstream and include any inforgraphs and details. It opens people eyes up when it is more tangible to them. Keep up the tremendous work that you do in bringing this information out of the silent spaces they are kept and into the light to end sex trafficking.

As a retired detective, I can’t say enough about Guardian Group. They provide a service to law enforcement that is invaluable not only because of the time they save officers but because of their thoroughness and attention to detail. There are not enough law enforcement officers in this country dedicated to the fight against sex trafficking, and Guardian Group helps to bridge that gap. They not only assist law enforcement but more importantly, they provide a voice to those who have none. Guardian Group has helped countless survivors and will continue to do so well into the future.

They really know what they are talking about. They share actionable data and tips that everyone can use in their lives to become more aware of sex trafficking and what to do personally to prevent or stop sex trafficking from happening.

I came across Guardian Group after my own personal experience seeing exploitation happen in my own backyard, at the mall of all places. It was an eye-opening experience for me and my tween daughter to say the least. Seeing what is happening in my own backyard in this seedy underworld of sex trafficking is abhorrent on a level I can't even describe. Children are being exploited by predators who act as though they are free to do what they do, barely disguising their activity. Guardian Group really provides an opportunity for people with a specific skills-set to help find these children at risk and who are suffering from such tremendous oppression from their traffickers. Understanding the psychology of the predators and more importantly, the victims, helped me really recognize what to look for, what vulnerabilities are exploited and the overt signs anyone could learn to see with some education. I do not see teens the same way as I did before. I have learned how to identify what predators see as simply 'targets.' Educating and observing young people I come in contact with will simply never be the same again.

I feel so fortunate to be able to be a part of the Advisory Board for the Guardian Group. As a leader in our local hospital system, it was impressive to me that the Bend Guardian Group wanted to involve people from local businesses in order to provide wider knowledge and education in the fight against human trafficking. Their partnership with local healthcare facilities, law enforcement, the hospitality sector and many more, will allow us as a community to spread knowledge and make a difference. This group is focused, determined and have great leader, Amanda Gow, leading the charge!

My friend is on the board of Guardian Group and has definitely opened my eyes to what is the reality of sex trafficking not only in big cities or third world countries, but right here in Bend, OR.
I try my best to share the posts she shares, so my entire community can be aware and educated on the myths and truths behind trafficking. Although it may be disturbing at times, we all need to help everyone become aware on the signs, the dangers and the prevalence of the horrific nature of this ‘business’ of selling of sexual acts (many unwilling/forced individuals are underage, even as young as toddler aged). Please do your part and help spread the word. Educate.

I have volunteered with them for years and two things really impress me. They are highly focused. And two they have always utilized my time well.

Guardian Group is the first non-profit I've truly felt passionate about supporting. One reason for this is they potentially saved my daughter from a would-be trafficker. My daughter attended one of Guardian Group's free mother/daughter informational/self defense courses. Later that summer, while traveling alone, my then 13 year old daughter was approached by a older man while she was sitting at her gate waiting to board her plane. She told me there were plenty of open seats at the terminal, but the man chose to sit right next to my daughter. The man started asking my daughter questions and she got an uneasy feeling. While recounting the story to me, my daughter told me she remembered learning, from the class put on by Guardian Group, that if you show confidence, through direct eye contact, a potential trafficker is less likely to pursue you. My daughter told me that she answered the man's questions while looking him directly in the eyes. It wasn't long before the man stood up and left. All young girls and women should have this training. It could save a life.

The Guardian Group is an amazing group of humans that do amazing hard work. It's not easy to wake up every day and go to work knowing the stories you'll hear. They are fighting against something that most people just want to ignore because they can't fathom it.

I was in a group that received the hotel/hospitality training with Andrea and Amanda on July 20, 2019. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the information they were providing. Both ladies were personable and fun, which is turn, kept the audience engaged and interactive throughout the entire day. The training they presented was laid out in a professional manner, with photos and videos which helped show the enormity of human trafficking. I was impressed that they were familiar with the human trafficking laws that had recently passed in our State and that showed me they had done their research prior to our training. I was able to meet both Andrea and Amanda personally and have the opportunity to talk with them during lunch regarding the anti-trafficking efforts going on in our State and across the U.S. They were interested in our short film, Hidden Gem, that we produced about human trafficking that was inspired by actual events, and we had a great conversation! I would highly recommend Guardian Group for human trafficking training.

I attended a lecture hosted by the Guardian Group in Bend, Oregon. I was extremely impressed by their complete knowledge and dedication. Within a week or so, I began their online classes. Because of Guardian Group, I am a active volunteer teaching about Human Trafficking to others.

I first contacted the guardian group when I struggled keeping up with supervision of sex traffickers in Community Corrections field. I lacked current knowledge of their mode of operations as well as online technology to monitor their curent behavior. Not only did the guardian group take the time to work with me and teach me some “tools” as well as assist me with a few of my cases, they also provided free training to other officers from all over the state in our quarterly sex offender supervision network meeting. These warriors (and that is what they are) are amazing, selfless and driven individuals who are making a difference by saving one victim at a time.

Love everything they stand for! Very knowledgeable as well as a great resource for the community. I especially love the free self defense classes they host. I leave feeling more safe and knowing how to protect myself both physically as well as what to watch for.
