The GMI pairs seasoned business leaders from a wide spectrum of industries to engage in a 14 week (1 hr/week) mentorship program focused on coaching students from underserved communities to help them land jobs.
I began my journey with GMI as a mentor and later transitioned to the advisory board. The success stories are numerous. Mission: GMI prepares underrepresented and refugee students to get their first job after graduation. This is accomplished through a structured, online mentorship with a business professional, enhanced through the power of AI. GMI has over 10,000 students and mentors in 127 countries. 74% of mentees globally had a job within six months of graduating. We have new 12-session online mentorships beginning every week.
