This facility houses offices and classrooms for university programs and serves as a convenient location for many students in central indiana. The university's mba and msn programs are also now offered online/hybrid classes at several locations around indianapolis.

Anderson university food services provides friendly service and great variety in four different locations across campus: the marketplace, raven's haven, create, and raven xpress. The anderson university bookstore is family operated by tree of life, inc. Tree of life is owned by six college graduates who know what it costs to go through college and do everything they can do to keep the bookstore prices affordable and competitive for au students.
