Bringing the COVID VACCINE to the Community is what we PAOA said to the City of Anchorage COVID Committee and the State of Alaska COVID Team. Our Pacific Island community can't get to the doctors, but they go to church every sunday no matter what. We can find them at Gods House "Church". The 1st community Vaccine Site in Anchorage open to the public to be vaccinated, 160 were vaccinated in one week at the Manai Fou Church.

This organization provide a lot of volunteer hours through Anchorage in a year. They volunteer their time when they can through the community. They also provide community services for FREE each year, such as community events are, health fair awareness day, emergency preparedness awareness day, Personal Care Assistant class, On hands Construction class, Fair Housing presentation, Know your right and civil rights presentation, and many more. They don't have paid staff but all of these programs are run by volunteer board members. Each year they host a Polynesian Culture Awareness Day at the Park Strip, and they invited other cultures to share and learn together. They also partner with ASD providing Community Connections, and Parenting Café to bring parents to be a part of their students education. This is a great non-profit giving back to the community
This Non-Profit provide great volunteer services for the Diverse Community in Anchorage Alaska. Every year they host so many Free services for the community, from Elders, to youth, Education, Health, Awareness. They don't have any paid staff, but run by all volunteer board members and officers. They are very dependable and helpful on connecting with their local community. They are also partner with so many non-profits in Anchorage, provide connections through cultures, volunteer services, arts, and many other services that they can provide to the community day to day.
