Programs: Clients seeking services are asked to complete a brief questionnaire and medical history, then work through a decision guide with a client advocate. In the decision guide process, pregnancy options, parenting, adoption and abortion (including procedures and risks) are discussed and explored. We also help with community referrals based on need. No abortion services or referrals are provided. There were 720 client visits in 2013 and 431 pregnancy tests and 179 ultrasounds were provided. There were approximately 168 volunteers who served over 3000 hours. Options prc has 1 full time and 7 part time paid staff members. 11 board members oversee organization operations. Medical services are provided in one of our two facilities by paid and volunteer nursing staff under the direction of the medical director and a panel of ob/gyn physicians, all volunteers.

Options prc is the founding organization of the web site, established approximately in the year 2000 to provide a means for pregnancy centers in oregon to network with the intent of reaching clients using a common web site. Using one site for all the membership pregnancy centers makes the search for such a center much easier for those seeking services. There are currently 14 pregnancy center listings on possiblypregnant. Org. There were over 6200 unique visitors to the site and nearly 21,500 page views in 2013. The site currently caters to pregnancy resource centers in oregon, but is capable of expanding nationally. That kind of expansion would require additional staffing that is not currently part of immediate planning. Pregnancy centers that become members of possiblypregnant. Org pay a small fee for getting their home page set up and also pay a monthly fee to maintain the site. The monthly fee is strictly for promotion and maintenance of the site. A portion of the fees are used to purchase promotional items provided to members to use in their community for local marketing. The funds are also used for online marketing such as search engine optimization.
