Solace for the Children is a quality organization from top to bottom. They facilitated the rescue of a child I cared for in Afghanistan during my military tour that would almost certainly have perished. Their efforts have changed lives in so many wonderful ways. For each donor they provide significant feedback and wonderful updates on the cases they select for receipt of donation if they are directed. Cannot say enough about their work.

It’s incredible they were never caught. They would seek huge donations from churches, separate children from their parents in war torn countries, use volunteer surgeons to work on random issues, then have “host families” sign contracts that Solace for Children wasn’t liable if they kept the child. They raked in tons of cash and trafficked many children into the USA away from their biological parents. Any “foster” or adopting parent who obtained a trafficked child from this organization should turn themselves in before they are found out the hard way.

First, I found Solace for the Children as an honest organization working for human values as I joined there for volunteering. Later it attracted motivation in order to work for Peace Building more to take further responsibilities. Working with patient children and giving them hope makes everyone feels blessed as you face with kindness and love vice versa. Indeed, Solace is a pure fond for bringing hope and peace.

I am the program director of solace for the children organization. Before this position, I had different job experiences but working in solace and serve patient children who are disappointed about their life is more important for me, it makes me happy whenever I meet and hear about their wishes after their treatment.

Solace for the Children brings together people from all over the world to provide medical care, Peacebuilding and education to children of war torn countries. It not only saves lives but builds hope for a better future. Doctors, host families, medical providers, corporate sponsors, solace leadership and the families and children that live in countries affected by war build a partnership and collaboration to make change. Such a positive and life changing grass root organization.

I have been with the program since 2002 as a physical therapist. Every summer we volunteer our time to help these amazing children from a country we only hear about in the news. The children work their way into your heart. Within minutes you are affected and your life is changed. Most of us will admit that we get so much more out of our time than what we put in. If you are considering volunteering .. step out of your comfort zone and do it. No one regrets their time in this program.

Our kids have been involved since they were ten and my wife has also been involved as a nurse. To see your own children eager to help so selflessly it makes you very proud as a parent. All talents can be used at Solace, with administrative costs less than 7% most every dollar goes directly towards helping these children.
