Hilarious Givers is such a blessing to those of us who serve the needs in Mexico. When I first started my organization and began researching resources for Mexico it was very discouraging. It was easy to get things that were being thrown away anyway. But impossible to get donations from local food banks because of policies that require all donated food to remain in the US. One of the most exciting comments I stumbled upon when reading about HIlarious Giver's was their policy that stated; "food collected must be distributed in Mexico - no exceptions". It was such a blessing to discover. And then after meeting the directors Judd and Debra, now my friends and partners in the mission, it sealed the deal. They have the biggest hearts and are so faithful seeing that resources are consistently stewarded on both sides of the border. God loves a cheerful and hilarious giver!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Both volunteering for them and colaboring with them for the cause.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would make sure that more people are aware of the ways they can help Hilarious Givers continue to provide the service they do. It is a worthy cause and deserves consistent honorable mention.
