I am a donor. When I drove up to donate, the people were very friendly and helpful. Goodwill seems to have the most locations, which makes it easy and convenient to donate items that I no longer need or use.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

(you spelled personally wrong) seeing other people benefit from access to low-cost, quality goods.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

improve their advertising.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

knowing that they provide employment for those who are disadvantaged.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

very friendly and helpful.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

change the world.

Ways to make it better...

the line to donate had not been so long.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

accommodating demand for quality services.

One thing I'd also say is that...

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months
