Conflict management program: aiming to work with at-risk youth in monterey county to explore their conflicts and teach them skills; conflict analysis, empathy, effective communication, mediation, negotiation, etc. To effectively resolve them. Worked with 38 students in 2014.
chile seminar program: graduate-level educational seminar for non-violent conflict resolution conducted in chile. 10 students participated in january 2014, and 9 students signed up for the program in january 2015.
