For 15 years, I've taught thousands of children about the contributions of women musicians. I love watching their eyes light up, while singing the songs that were made popular by Ella Fitzgerald and others like her. Our organization, Women in Jazz South Florida, Inc. visits schools in the tri-county area bringing programs to enhance the musical studies of students.
