Terrible communication. If you are trying to get the dogs adopted - you would figure out a way to stay connected with people. Delays in communication reduces the chances for the dogs. Very disappointed. 48+ hours and absolutely no response. The professional thing to do is at least acknowledge people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family most recently lost a very special person, who was a huge animal advocate and a big supporter of Faithful Friends. She for many, many years made monthly donations that added up to be in the thousands. She had two very precious to her cats that are both around 10yrs of age. One she took in after it had been thrown out from it's home and the other since he was a kitten. She had an written agreement with Faithful Friends that in the event of her demise, they would take the cats and find them new safe, loving homes. This was one of her last wishes. When her health was fading and she had to be removed from her home abruptly, FF was contacted numerous times to see if they could start helping to find these guys homes as we knew she would no longer be back and able to care for them. Many messages were left, with the occasional brief response back, but still no help. She then passed away and a message was left to make them aware and remind them of the written agreement. A response was never recieved. The monthly donations, which over the years added up into the thousands of dollars have stopped of course and I am certain we will never hear from them again. She would be so disappointed in FF with the way they have handled this situation. We worked very hard to find her babies good, safe, loving homes ourselves and with the help of a few other, true to their word animal rescues who have stepped in, we finally did, with no help from Faithful Friends. With that being said, this situation has brought myself, my family and so many others who loved her and knew the type of person she was to no longer support or trust in Faithful Friends. What started out as a wonderful place, with the compassion, love and the true want to helping animals, has became a place with more of a financial intention. Not all things and places are as they seem. Anyone can paint a pretty picture and make you believe it is based on truth. Actions speak louder than words and the lack of at times even more so. So please be aware, if you or an elderly person in your family or someone you know are making or thinking of making future last wishes plans for their fur family members and you are counting on Faithful Friends to help with this, I can assure you they are not so faithful, truthful, or accountable.<br><br>

Esta nonprofit, es muy importante ya que trabajan con el Corazon para ayudar a niños y personas de la tercera edad. llevandole comida, kit escolares, medicamentos entre otros. me encantaria que huviesen mucho mas en difernetes paises. para poder hacer la diferencia regalando sonrisas angelicales.

One of Lutheran Family Services' group homes is located in a small neighborhood in northeast Columbia. The company's website says that they provide a homes for individuals in a safe community. Yet it is the people in this home that are making this particular neighborhood NOT SAFE. Police are constantly called to this location. Residents roam the neighborhood verbally attacking anyone out in their own yards just trying to enjoy their homes and families. On more than one occasion the subjects of these verbal assaults were children. The staff at the residence do not care that their charges are causing problems and emotional trauma to these young kids. Whenever the neighborhood has tried to alert Lutheran Family Services, they have only made excuses and never proposed a safe solution or offered an apology.

I got the bike that I was looking for and the staff is going our of their way to help me get it right for my use. I've even been offered to meet with the main guy after hours to get a specific repair done on-time for a special ride that is upcoming.

I learned on the Dedication Day after walking through the lovely decorated home that they did not have a House Mother which is required every night there are clients overnight. I prayed about it, I had done this previously in a similar mon-profit organization. I felt led to tell the Executive Director as I have a heart for this type God loving people organization. I recommend you read their Mission Statement. I know many successful stories and continue to stay in touch with this ministry and faithfully pray and most highly recommend this outstanding to serious minded ladies that honestly want to change their life. Yes this is a Christ Oriented program as He is our best & faithful friend in this program. There are many likewise God loving volunteers you'll be blessed to meet and know. Think about asking for a visit, if you are serious about what I've shared. The testimonies are honestly & truly moving and genuine!!

CIS has been great! CIS afforded me the opportunity to go to college by providing a scholarship that purchased books and other necessary supplies just as CIS did while in high school. I became a better student when the CIS sponsor helped me with organizational skills. I am using those same skills today as a college student with success! Taking time to provide support to students in high school and providing scholarships for college is a blessing!! Thank you CIS. I will always give back and support your organization in my future!!

A place where women from prison, homelessness, violence, or drug addiction may find help as a resident or nonresident. The executive Director, Kathy White leads the non-profit with great compassion and leadership skills. The nonprofit does not charge clients for the great help they receive. The finances for program and support come from individual gifts, corporate giving, as well as grant making efforts. This is a first class facility which was totally renovated in 2014. It features rooms for client, a clothing ministry, offices, and conference room. There is a sun deck on the second floor for relaxation. A food mission is in the process of being renovated. A commercial kitchen and dining room are in engineering. Prospected funder are welcome to visit the facility on North Main in Salisbury, North Carolina.

This organization helps Sexually Abuse Children !!!!! They help with prosecution evidence.....medical exams.....physiological treatment to help the child(& family) get through the ordeal without putting the child through the trauma over and over. They also have a family advocate to help with any needs of the household
