Jorge and Maria are an incredible story. Their dedication to the animals at Coco's Pet Ranch is remarkable. They have created a wonderful sanctuary for so many animals.
Maria and Jorge are simply angels. Hard to find caring and loving people. They rescue sick and senior dogs. For as long as they live, These animals live their best life at cocos pet ranch. They care for them until their last breath. I trust them with every animal. Animals are lucky to end up on the ranch.

One of the amazing things about Coco's Pet Rach, and there are many, is that it is just the husband, Jorge, and wife, Maria, that operate it, and they do it every single day without taking a day off.
I have visited them numerous times, and the love those animals have for Jorge and Maria is immediately noticeable. During the day, the animals follow them everywhere, and many of them sleep with them in their beds at night—sometimes six to ten dogs at a time.
They receive calls from many folks when they find or hear of an animal needing rescue. This past weekend, they took in a dog from Miami that had been sleeping on the grave of his previous owner, who had passed away two months ago. The dog refused to leave and was not eating. Now he is at Coco's Pet Ranch.
Jorge and Maria are two of the most loving people I have ever met. Their love for God's creation overflows their hearts, and they pass that love on to their rescues. They are amazing and we will continue to support them until the Lord takes us home.

I met the owners of Coco’s Pet Ranch many years ago when I transported 2 little dogs from a high kill shelter to them and then again a couple of months later for a terrified, almost blind dog. I have done a lot of transports for numerous rescues over the years and Maria and Jorge are two of the most authentic, genuine, loving, generous, honest, hard working people I have ever met. They rescue the hard cases… the sick, the injured, the handicapped, the old, the abused, the neglected, the ones that no one else wants. I have witnessed dogs do a complete 180 under their care. They got a paralyzed dog to walk again, emotionally shut down dogs to interact, play and wag again. These are just a few of the things I have witnessed personally over the years. Coco’s Pet Ranch means a lot to me and I wish everyone could see how wonderful the owners are. In today’s world of rising costs, so many non profits are suffering. Coco’s Pet Ranch is one of the best rescues I have ever encountered. They are the most loving, caring, generous people I know. They don’t hesitate to take on the most needy cases… pets that are deaf, blind, paralyzed, fearful, handicapped, and those with medical problems. I’ve personally met many of these lucky animals who arrive with their heads hanging low and are wagging and smiling and enjoying their toys and soft beds a short time later. The look on their faces show that they know they are safe. They would give their last dime to the animals they rescue. Nothing else is more important to Maria and Jorge Molina than their “ babies” at Coco’s. The photo I included is my dog Rocky who I adopted from them.
Coco's Pet Ranch Is an amazing organization, run by two of the finest people I've ever come across in my 34 year career in the pet care industry. They are the real deal, true rescue Angels who specialize in taking in animals that no one else wants or will care for, including blind, injured, sick, and very old animals who've been cruelly discarded by horrible people with no conscience. Jorge and Maria dedicate their entire lives to caring for these animals. They live very modestly. They don't take salaries and they're always just barely scraping by. But because they are so determined to care for the animals that they've rescued, they always find a way to keep on going. I highly recommend this charity to anyone who wants to know that their money is going directly to helping animals with no administrative, overhead and No nonsense. Cocos is exactly what it says. It is a family ranch lovingly devoted to caring for animals who would not be alive today if it wasn't for Jorge and Maria.
Rescue is ROUGH! Rescuing the worst of the abandoned souls and giving a warm and loving home to the dumped seniors who loved their whole life to just be discarded at the end, is even tougher. When I say they are Angels On This Earth, it still isn’t enough to describe how AMAZING, Honorable, and Loving they are! The selflessness they show when it comes to the animals is something rarely seen.

They are angels on earth. Rescuing is hard enough but when you add on “senior” it is almost always an uphill battle. Knowing this they selflessly, and I mean that literally, rescue them. There is so much love there that these animals will undoubtedly live happy, healthy, and adored till their time ends at the ranch.
Best non profit org around highlands county period. They are truly caring for the cause which they are fighting. Animals that they receive in extreme conditions, that had not been for Cocos pet ranch would not have been with us today. I have personally seen Maria and Jorge pull their own money out to help out multiple animals including my own. Keep fighting the good fight guys god will always be on the side of this truly amazing and life changing non profit organization.
Jorge and Maria run this facility all by themselves, and they are both in their 60's. They have no employees yet take care of over 50 dogs, 40+ cats, horses and cows that have been discarded by their owners. Most of these are senior animals and Jorge and Maria give those animals a wonderful and caring place where they are loved, well fed, and nicely cared for until they pass away.
I have been there and recently adopted a puppy that Jorge and Maria picked up at the Miami Humane Society as the puppy was going to be put down because he is blind. They drove to Miami, about 3+ hours, in order to rescue this puppy that has lit up my life after the death of my Yorkshire terrier, Molly.

The owners of this pet ranch are remarkable people. There is no amount of love they won't provide for the animals. The ranch doesn't "showboat", it just does the necessary job that is needed for God's furry friends.
this organization has helped us a lot with the care of our dog. They are the reason my dog is so healthy and happy right now. They love and care for the senior dogs which is beyond beautiful because they deserve the most love and care during their last moments. They also care for other animals, which is why it would be great if y’all could help so they can continue to do this wonderful deed !!
The owners and caretakers of Coco’s Pet Ranch provide ALL animals with not only unconditional love, but also a safe home before finding their forever-home. Both caretakers give all that they have to provide love and safety for the animals that they take in and go above and beyond to make sure that each animal finds homes that will provide them with that love and safety that they give to each animal 24/7. Maria AND Jorge are 2 ángels sent by God to bring peace and justice to the little Angels that gave all their love unconditionally to those that needed it. Yet when when they needed love they were let down. Praise God for his gift to the unfortunate ones for it serves to show them that they are loved and that some truly appreciate it. Great rescue. Specialize in hard to adopt dogs like blind and old. They work tirelessly day and night giving their rescues a good life. A great couple who give their sweat , tear and endless love to help the pets that others reject.
My mother , had dog and was no longer able to keep. So I started looking around for someone to take her but no one wanted her because she was older. So I was told about this place coco pet ranch. It was everything I hope for. I called Maria and I told her about my situation and her and her husband A greed I could bring her. This was best place ever they are very caring and kind to all pets. It’s clean peaceful place . I highly recommend coco’s pet ranch.

This is an AMAZING rescue. I have visited them and have seen for myself the selfless devotion of Maria and Jorge to the care of these animals. Many of the animals are sick or abused and require specialized care. They get it. Along with tons of love and affection. 100% of your donations go to the rescue. Very few non-profits operate this way. Further, Maria and Jorge use their own funds in addition to donations to support and care for these animals. Please consider donating food or funds to help care for the animals and to help build the new kennel for 50+ dogs that are currently cared for daily. Jorge and Maria were nice enough to take in my neighbors father’s dog when her father passed away. This dog, A black German shepherd, was older and we could not find placement for him. I made the two hour trip over with the dog and got a wonderful tour and met all of the animals including horses, cows, ducks, dogs and cats. These are salt of the earth people who have devoted themselves to care for abused and sick and elderly animals. Please also consider adopting a dog or cat from the rescue.
Maria took my baby Phoebe because I couldn't take her on my extensive work trips. Since the we have had constant contact and I feel the my fur angel is loved by her and Jorge. Every dime goes for the animals and nothing for her or Jorge. Cocoa is a piece of heaven for fur angels. They care and love each one and it's nothing but family on their ranch filled with love and tail wags. I donate every chance I get and you could be assured they are grateful for any help.

I have been to Coco’s Pet Ranch and know what Maria & Jorge do for their animals!!! Every single one of them is well fed, clean and happy to be alive. I’ve seen them take an abused dog so petrified he couldn’t walk, they had to show him enough love and patience to get him even walk, he now plays with other dogs!!! They have dogs, cats cows a donkey and even a bull! They use their own money because they don’t get enough donations! They are amazing people!!!
