Having lived in Kenya and seen the life long disability clubfoot causes, we are privileged to partner with Hope Walks on a monthly basis. We know our donations make it possible for parents to obtain the care their children need, giving them the gift of healthy feet. Hope Walks updates us with personal stories of healing both physical and spiritual. We feel connected with this ministry even though we are far away.
I love volunteering to help change the lives of children through physical healing to give entire families a future and a hope. I also enjoy working for Hope Walks so I can help their dedicated and professional management team achieve their goals.
I am confident that our donations for Hope Walks provide both physical and spiritual healing to the world's most vulnerable population, third world children. We believe donating to Hope Walks fulfils the Lord's command: "whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it for me."
I had the pleasure of working at the head office in the US with the Hope Walks leadership team. Within my short time of interning with this organization, I quickly realized the devotion and dedication of each individual person, and as a team, to fulfilling their mission of freeing children from clubfoot around the globe. Everyone I came across that is affiliated with Hope Walks is so passionate about spreading the message about clubfoot and the hope that comes from walking with Jesus. Experiencing such an engaging, visionary, and hard-working team was more than I could ask for during my academic to professional transition during the strange times of COVID-19. I was sad to leave, but they were very supportive of my professional goals. I plan to stay involved with the organization in any way I can.
Partnering with Hope Walks in Honduras has been great, we have been able to help children in Honduras, support their families and also establish partnership with local hospitals and health workers. Having Hope Walks partnership gives us a support that wouldn't be possible without their advice and support.
Hope Walks is an organization comitted to partners in 16 different countries. They always honor their commitments with partners and stakeholders and is always transparent about the purpose of the partnership for the benefit of all parties involved. Since the day one, I've been partnering with Hope Walks, I've seen their sincerity and I also happen to know many other foreign organizations Hope Walks has partnered with, and their satisfaction with Hope Walks is very high.
Our recent 6 mile hike (pictured) up a steep and rocky portion of the Appalachian Trail was a practical reminder to us of how difficult it can be to try to go even a short distance with clubfeet. With that deeper understanding it is such a joy to come alongside the dear folks at Hope Walks to help them fulfill their mission. They provide skilled and loving care to little ones and their families which can enable all of us to walk together with grace, confidence and gratitude.
My wife and I had a great time participating in a fundraising hike with Hope Walks. Our interaction with the folks that work at Hope Walks have been wonderful times. They are doing great work!
Hope Walks is an amazing nonprofit that is changing the lives of children born with Clubfoot. I am always happy to volunteer and support Hope Walks!
My wife and I are honored to partner with Hope Walks and their ministry around the world. The sacrifices the team makes to carry forward their mission is inspiring. Many kids have been helped tremendously and will impact the world in some way as a result of the kindness, grace and physical help they have received.
Hope Walks is a small non-profit that gets terrific results. Clubfoot is a very treatable condition that causes a permanent disability if not treated. Hope Walks works within local health systems in Africa and Latin America to help children receive this life-altering treatment. I've seen the work they do first-hand and they are truly spreading hope!
My favorite part of Hope Walk's mission is that they partner with local clinics, doctors, and parent advisors and listen to understand the needs of the people in the countries before they help serve. In raising awareness and donations to treat this condition, Hope Walks also deeply cares about each individual and family, and shares real life stories to build understanding throughout more communities.
I've been involved with clubfoot treatment in the developing world over the past decade; the positive impact on children and families resulting from a relatively inexpensive clubfoot correction is remarkable.
I've been fortunate to work with and directly observe the work and impressive team over the years while it was still a program being overseen by another Organization. When Hope Walks became a separate & indépendant organization, I was able to get more involved and join the Board of Directors. I've continued to be impressed by the leadership team and the impact they are making around the world.
