Triple O Ranch Equine Sanctuary is what you would call a "mom and pop" organization. They have two full time employees, Wally and Elizabeth Orona. Wally is a retired Fort Worth, Texas firefighter and Elizabeth is a full time horse savior advocate. She stays active fighting horse slaughter and kill buyers. The sanctuary is home to several blind horses, and one blind cow, numerous starved and abused horses confiscated by sheriff officers, and other neglected animals as room allows.Wally and Elizabeth try to maintain as much of a natural habitat for the horses as is possible. <br> Every penny donated is used for the animals..they are very open and proud of their ability to manage their available funds. Not only do they provide necessary feed and supplements, each horse has a name and their very own loving and attention. Each horse's personality is treasured and nurtured. I don't know how to post pictures and videos on here, but if you check their website, you will see for yourself what a great place it is. Especially, when you see the animal's condition change from awful to wow!<br>The Triple O is a " heaven on earth" for mistreated, neglected, and unwanted animals. Even in death, they are honored and humanely buried on the ranch. Wally and Elizabeth devote their entire lives to the daily care of their guests..no vacations, no holidays. <br>Visit their website and see for yourself.
