As the Vice President and member of this association for several years I can say without a second thought that this website is full of knowledge that every owner and breeder should know. Our breeders all must sign a separate code of ethics and be a registered TICA breeder in good standing. If conflicts arise between clients and breeders a group of neutral members adjudicates the issue and the breeder must follow what comes out of the arbitration or surrender their membership.
