Mission: Eye of the Storm Equine Rescue, located in Stow, Massachusetts, was founded to rescue and rehabilitate neglected and abused horses and ponies. We provide rescue services, referrals and advice, plus foster services to carefully screened foster persons. We also provide sanctuary for our unplaceable horses for therest of their lives.
