My wife and I have been serving as donors to Sowing Seeds for the Future Foundation for a number of years. We choose to do so because we have seen that the results of our donations go directly to helping the residents of Choco. These are people who need help, and the evidence is clearly shown on the SSFF website. When you donate to SSFF, you can see how your financial assistance is helping to make someone's life better.

Farmaste provides loving care to rescued farm animals rescued from a variety of situations. One of my favorite residents, Starr the sheep, escaped on his way to slaughter and has formed strong bonds with other residents and the volunteers who care for him. I treasure the time I have spent caring for Starr and the other residents over the past three years.

I love being a part of Horse Hugs! It is so satisfying bringing JOY to others and working with the amazing HH volunteers. ❤

I have just become active in the zoom meetings. I feel comfortable here even though we discuss uncomfortable topics. Love that the leaders are survivors themself. They can easily relate and understand.

My four daughters have been at SCPA for the last 12 years and we have had an amazing experience. Excellent academics, great sports, amazing staff, and supportive families that want to be part of their kids educational experience. I served as a board member with DMAD for 6 years and the organization opened my eyes to issues relating to "younger" parenting issues that I wasn't even aware of. The work of DMAD should be on a national level, and hopefully one day will be. The staff and volunteers do an excellent job teaching parenting issues to youth in an approachable and understanding manner. Personally, this experience changed my perceptions and presented me with values and education to pass onto my own children.

A very different and much needed facility. The animals are obviously well-nourished and happy. Their disabilities would make it difficult if not impossible for them to be placed in a human home, and this home is better for them anyway. Their special needs are the center of attention here, and staff members are well trained to meet those needs. This is a very impressive place, deserving of whatever support you can give it.

Project Life is about helping families. They provide education and employment guidance, housing options, community health references, parenting classes and provide free and on-site medical services such as pregnancy/STI testing, ultrasounds and prenatal services. This is an incredible center that promotes family and helps when times are tough or someone just needs a little support. Check them out!
