* Incorrect spelling in their Mission Statement is amusing, and I find that the name Pet Partners of Carbon COUNTY is misleading. They only assist the City of Rawlins, while there is such a need IN Carbon County and its other communities. A newsletter from 2010 claims credit for TNR clinics which were 100% funded by those rural communities, NOT Pet Partners. Follow-up or contacts for future clinics would of course be hugely beneficial, but to date have never been extended.
*On a positive note, the few low cost coupons offered for S/N helps, but only a few.
*Personnel can be, and are occasionally abrasive.
