Mission: Our Mission is to provide combat veterans and first responders with the skills necessary to overcome traumatic stress experienced as a result of their service to our country.
Results: Through our Warrior PATHH program, Warriors receive the education and training they need to turn their struggle into lifelong growth and happiness. The students are evaluated throughout the PATHH training program (when they apply to the program, on day 1 of the program, on day 7 of the program, and after completion of the 90-day online program) providing data on both symptomatic and quality of life. The results of the study report that students experience: • 51% reduction in PTSD symptoms • 41% reduction in anxiety • 35% less stress • 21% increase in self compassion • 56% increase in posttraumatic growth A unique aspect of the program is the emphasis on teaching Warriors to live well and how to use their difficult life and combat experiences to thrive. After completion of the program, the data support the belief that Warriors are better able to effectively manage a variety of life stressors, develop a greater flexibility and adaptability in order to more effectively manage life’s adversities, and foster healthier interpersonal relationships.
