while at the Price Daniel Unit I was able to be apart of the love that JTC X-Change founder E Wilson and his team shows it makes those of us who are thinking that no one cares and what really blew me away was the fact that he writes us hand written letters and the messages he shares not only encourages us, but gives is hope for the future and truly thank God that i had the chance to meet him and True story and the Williams and we feel the love in my stomach when i was able to partake of the goodies that they brought with a message that even though we are locked up there are people who care and love us and as it's said if you gonna have a conversation make it a good one. I was at the Daniels unit when I first met Eric Wilson and he was awesome I knew at that moment that I was a king can a child of God and that my mistakes didn't Define me. I did a year-and-a-half at the Daniels unit. I just want people to know that you can see you succeed and that the Lord is good and that he wants you to succeed because where his children and I thank you Eric Wilson for all the time and effort and love that you've shown us. JTC X change has impacted my life in many different ways. Fromm feeding and clothing the homeless, to learning how to video edit, the JTC X change has positively impacted me as a person, and the others around me.

This is the best organization in the world! I have seen JTC impact so many lives. JTC is not a joke and is for real. JTC has fed the homeless l, clothed the homeless, gave thousands of toys to children, hosted events, and has helped marriages and teens. My first experience with JTC X-Change was when brother E flew to Lubbock Texas just to have a conversation with my brother after he was released from prison. My brother met E when he was ministering at the Price Daniel's Unit. I was blown away at the level of dedication, compassion, and support JTC gave my brother. My whole family was inspired to join the conversation. God is at the forefront of this organization and he is moving through JTC.

JTC movement has made a big impact on me and my family in our everyday lives. I got the pleasure of connecting with the Awesome Man of God Eric Wilson over social media through a mutual friend, named Chris Daughtery who is also a director for JTC/ From Boys to Gentlemen in Abliene, TX. We've been involved in encouraging one another through positive conversation and feedback for about a year now and I wouldn't go without it. The biggest memorable impact JTC has had on me was back in September of 2015 me and my family had just gotten back from Southern California where we were doing some church planting ministry and to make a long story short we ended up in a Cult experience when by the Grace of Almighty God we made it back to our Hometown of Lafayette, LA where family took us in because we had sold all we had to make it to California and Back to Louisiana. In than trying time of our Trial I met Chris Daughtery who descipled and counseled me and also set me a check for $500 to help me with expenses for my new born baby boy at the time Micah Matthew Gordon (now is 1yr) and to help me get my High School Equivalentcy to get back in college. Well all praise and glory be to the Most High God because with His Servants of the kingdom from the JTC movement and From Boys to Gentlemen, mentors like Eric Wilson and Chris Daughtery have help me not only restore me and my families life but also take our live to the next level. I am now a student at South Louisiana Community College here in Lafayette in the Welding Program with one more semester left till graduation and Dean's List Honor student with a GPA of 3.8.

So I would like to send a huge shout out of Thanks to Mr. Eric Wilson and Chris Daughtery and the JTC movement! Thank you brothers!

JTC is really a great non-profit. They are putting their plan into action with limited resources. I have had the pleasure of experiencing their love and service thru the school mentoring program in Euless as well as there work in Abilene Texas with From Boys to Gentlemen. Mr. Erick Wilson came to Abilene High and blessed the youngsters with his wisdom and compassion. JTC is truly on the move and I cant say thank you enough!!!

I have had the privilege of unofficially meeting Erik Wilson while on the radio. I listened to him while on the radio speak about all that his organization did not only for his State but across countries. That particular day I as on the radio with him KCHL Gospel 1480 AM, they were on Satellite with on of the organizations of JTC X-Change in Africa. I begin to follow him on Social Media and realized the impact that they were making in the communities.

In March 2015, my State of Delaware took a big hit in Crime. My team and I decided to travel from Smyrna, Ga to Delaware to host a Stop the Violence Service. Well, Don't you know while advertising our event, Jimmy Britt of the JTC X-Change contacted me to let me know he was in the Allentown area and wanted to participate. I was in Aww about the distance these group of men where spread out. Algie and I have spoken on their own radio station and he was a delight. They make you feel like you are a part of the family! E. Wilson and the entire JTC staff are hands down the best non profit organization in Texas. The level of servitude diplayed from everyone there has blessed my life both directly and indirectly. May God continue to bless the entire JTC movement for the many multi-faceded areas in which they serve through ministry & purpose.

I became involved in JTC in high school and I loved every second of it. The people are fantastic and so is the atmosphere. My only regret is that I was unable to be spend more time with them.

I met the people of JTC X-Change at the Steve Harvey mentor-ship program over the summer of 2015 and my life has never been the same. I love to see their interaction with young men and ladies all over America. JTC X-Change is definetly on the move. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Erick about 3yrs ago, his family and what his organization is all about. God has blessed this family with such an annointing and the gift of Giving. I've been blessed just to have crossed paths with them. I heard about JTC through a wonderful man I met at my church shortly after moving to Dalllas. Just hearing about JTC made me want to get involved. This organization is heaven sent tailor made and life changing! I have been involved in community outreaches but never on the level like this. Great non profit that is all about the people! Came all the way from TX to PA to help our daycare host an end of summer Bash to raise funds for families in need.

The JTC movement is and has been a blessing to the young people in and around the community. Their service and commitment to the youth is admirable. I have been blessed to be a part of this organization, through working with other blessed men and women with the JTC i was able to realize Gods purpose in my life. Many are wondering who/what is JTC. I was grateful to be a volunteer for JTC during the Final Four Basketball Championship in Texas, 2014. The work was no more than I’m use to in my profession, so it wasn’t a hard task. But during that entire weekend, after long hours, miscommunication with vendors, lack of availability of other volunteers, I noticed that the leaders of JTC stay focused on one main goal, and that was to serve. I realized by their example, if you are willing to share your time, and grudgeless toward giving of yourself than service to YOU will be indefinite. It’s the LAW and it must obey accordingly. I’m really looking forward to their growth and the support of the community to engage in this movement and vision of JTC X-Change.

Excellent non - profit organization which actually serves the community where it is based as well as other urban areas. I love to see the intense level of interaction with local kids in a high school setting. Gaining youth involvement while simultaneously assisting them with solutions to modern day dilemmas and problems will certainly help to enhance life for the individuals as well as the community.

This organization is exactly what is needed if we are to eradicate the many issues our country is facing. Education, homelessness and unemployment to name a few. JTC is where the community comes first! I remember shortly after Hurricane Sandy, Erick Wilson and numerous other members of the JTC team flew into New York and worked tirelessly to help put our community back together. JTC was in the heart of the devastation and began to distribute food, water and supplies to anyone and everyone that was in need. The fact that Erick and the the members of the JTC crew took the time out of their busy lives to fly from Texas to New York and volunteer to do anything and everything at such a critical time shows caring and love for fellow citizens in need. JTC is an awesome non-profit that always puts the community first!

Personally speaking JTC is a national organization that cares about its community across the United States, each one of their members takes time out of their own schedule to support their communities. JTC support our youths through leadership, mentorship, and changing people’s life effectively being a true humanitarian. JTC support others with their involvement within the community by participating when and where people’s needs are needed. True hero in my book and I will forever be there for them if needed.

The program is great learned a lot And had a lot to teach the mentors are great they have a lot of experience to teach to the young ones.

Mr. Wilson is a skillful, well-prepared presenter, and he actively works to make meetings successful. He presents information and ideas clearly and persuasively. To better understand others, Mr. Wilson listens well, displaying interest and asking questions. However, since I met Mr. Wilson at EWR (Newark NJ Airport) in mid 90's he always taking projects and always busy trying to help others.

JTC Exchange is helping young boys and girls across this country, and the passion that they portray is for real. You can't invest this type of commitment unless you have a ginuwine concern for the kids. JTC Exchange is a great mentoring program, and it not only touch the youth, but those that are involved in this program.

In 2012 I was introduced to what would be a powerful impact on my life. As Ms. Curvy Texas Classic, the interview with JTC pierced my soul and started a partnership that lead me to volunteer as a mentor for teen girls, This Girl is on Fire. Giving back to the community encompasses the very being of this organization and I am honored to say I am a volunteer!

I have seen first hand how JTC touches people's lives from every walk of life. Join the Conversation X-Change is an amazing organization that continues to impact the lives of kids, students, and adults of all ages in several different cities. It is through or out of the heart that one can truly hear and see the intent of a person.

Eric “The Converser” has done just that through JTC X-Change – shown us his heart. He along with the lovely Sherry have blazed a trail of hope for others that I could not help but be attracted to seeing its success by actively partnering.

As a mentor, I have seen firsthand the impact that JTC X-Change is having in the school community of Trinity High School. We know we may not be able to help everyone, but JTC X-Change endeavors to at least plant seeds of hope that others can come behind and one day water. That’s JTC X-Change and that’s why I've partnered.

Our most precious commodity, is the youth of our community. The JTC Exchange has been a blessing to our school community here at Trinity High School in Euless. These men have stepped up to help us fill mentoring positions within our Character Education Program, Trojan Talk. Their work with the staff in mentoring small groups of students here at Trinity each month has been a blessing to the staff and students. Mr. Eric Wilson has been a great inspiration to me personally with his caring, giving nature. He is always there to help fill mentoring spots and ask what else can be done to help out with our kids here at Trinity. It takes a village to raises our young people, and these fine men are helping with this work in our school. Thank you for taking your time to invest in all of our futures!

JTC Exchange is one of the most amazing ministries I've seen. They LOVE to SERVE!! They LOVE the community and they LOVE children. They don't wait until Christmas for a toy drive -------to give toys to the children. They are very much in touch with the community. They do what churches aren't doing---going to preach the good word and doing the "great work" of the gospel & meeting the people right where they are.

Birthed from the burning desire to do something in response to several suicides ocurring among its founder's friends/co-workers in a short span of time, JTC X-Change is the drop in the ocean that has created ripples in the community. Initially established to provide a safe place for men to share their stresses and frustrations, JTC's services have extended to discussion groups for couples and working moms, to mentoring programs for pre-teen/teen girls and high school students, to strategic partnerships with other non-profit, community organizations, and more. The passion, drive, and creativity of Erick and Sherry Wilson are limitless! Undoubtedly, JTC X-Change was sent for such a time as this!

JTC is a phenomenal organization from the mission and vision that helps individuals and their families build strong values in everyday living. I also would say Mr. Wilson is a upright man that is truly bless by the experience and gift to help by making the difference in the community.

First of all I would like to thank God for the union between Me & The JTC X-Change. The professionalism that was used and shown goes far beyond the scenes. The intellectual conversation & interview definitely show clearly why God is issuing JTC X-Change as a hub with his people to touch others. I would definitely like to thank Algie the Intercessor for first considering me as a individual for a candidate for the show. It goes way beyond being grateful. Erik and Cherrie are, in my view, are two individuals of exceptional character with a work ethic to match. Those of us fortunate to have met them, personally or professionally, are much better off because of it. Their commitment to others, their amazing ability to lift spirits and motivate people to reach above themselves make all of us who are lucky enough to know them better people, better parents, better friends by their example.

JTC X-Change is walking the walk and talking the talk. It's commitment to making a difference is evident in all that it does. The community benefits from the effort of the organization because it's founders are focused and talented individuals who are blessed and anointed. The world needs more of what JTC X-Change beings to the table. Touching lives and making a difference.

I must commend Big E and Lady J for having the vision to reach beyond the realms of home and church to extend an arm to the community. The volunteer work and focus on families, and our youth is what is terribly lacking in this once serene Nation. I was blessed to participate in their marriage seminar last year and it was amazing! I believe anyone who invest into marriage as these two have will be very successful at restoring Family values in the American Communities. We I am opportuned, I enjoy listen to their radio programs as well. I find them very enlightening and at times very entertaining. I see this organization becoming a Nartional Entity with chapters all across the U.S.

It is extremely rare to for one to find themselves apart of an organization that is not ONLY completely fulfilling; but that also shares all the same beliefs and values.
The JTC X-CHANGE (in my opinion) helps individuals and their families build STRONG foundations. And not just parents or children, but EVERYONE! The JTC X-CHANGE gives, gives and keeps on giving. I am so fortunate to have come in contact with sure beautiful company.

It brings me great honor to witness an Organization that empowers their community through action like the JTC X-Change organization does. My mentors always instilled in me that "Leaders lead from the front" and I see that being done in this organization, from the directors all the way down to the volunteers! Keep up the great work, and continue to be great servants!

I'm honoured to simply be in the company and conversation of Erick Wilson and the great work he's doing for the church and community. Continue serving in excellence and the sky is the limit. His voice and passion is extremely valuable as communication is so lacking in today's society.
