Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: We are dedicated to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for older residents throughout our Community. We do this through a force of volunteers and staff who deliver services and support that provide access to basic needs such as food, medical care, and activities that promote physical, mental and emotional health. The geographic services area includes: North Scottsdale (85255 north of Bell Rd, 85262, 85266) Carefree (85377) Cave Creek (85327, 85331) and Carefree Highway to I-17 (85085, 85086)
Results: 15 years in operation; To give you some idea of how your funds benefit our Neighbors, here are a few statistics for the 2012‐2013 fiscal year: Mobile Meals Delivered 6,427 New Neighbors 191 Van Transports 5,042 New Volunteers 93 Medical One‐on‐One Transports 3,366 Friendly Visiting 1,806 New Intakes 258; over 41,009 volunteer hours

Programs: In Home Services including Friendly Visiting and Phoning, Mobile Meals, Caregiver Relief, Business and Computer Help, Minor Home Repair, Intake, Care Alert and Transportation Services such as Van Program, Medical Transportation, and Grocery Shopping.
