Josies Closet is such an incredible nonprofit! They have helped our school tremendously and at a very fast pace. They provided us with uniforms for our students in need! It made the students feel special and confident in their new clothing. God bless this organization and all the amazing staff here because they are incredible and lovely people to work with.

UDiON Foundation opened a Technology center for the indigenous people (Khashia Upojati) of Madubkundo, Sylhet. Khashia Upojati is not recognized by the Government of Bangladesh till recently and there were was no support from the government, no school or educational support. C.A.S.E. has played a national leadership role in the field of adoption since its inception, not only by serving the mental health needs of thousands of clients in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C., but also through their remarkable and creative classroom-based training for mental health providers (Training for Adoption Competence) that has been replicated and disseminated in over a dozen states across the country, and through their newly developed online adoption training (National Training Initiative for Adoption Clinical Competence) that has already been taken by several thousand social workers and mental health providers. I have been a professional in the adoption field for nearly 40 years and I can confidently say that there is no other adoption organization in the U.S. that has had the breadth and depth of impact on supporting the post-adoption needs of adoptive families and adoption professionals as C.A.S.E. Before I joined this Church organization I was looking for a Church that was hospitable, friendly, a people centered congregation and a Pastor that has servant heart. <br>I am proud to say that this is the exact Church I found in Revelation Temple. Since I joined this Church, I have made good friends, spiritual direction that has impacted every facet of my life especially in the area of my family life. The worship atmosphere is electrifying and edifying. The word ministry is powerful and practical. This Church is open to members who are ready to serve with their gifts and abilities. It is a prayerful and Word based Church.

This non profit is doing a great job of providing free health screening to the elderly and women who cannot afford to pay for their own medications. We need help and donations to be able to continue with the work of helping the under privilege in our society and abroad

This organization does not treat the children in their care right. In certain homes Direct Care staff have to come out of pocket and pay so the children can eat, or experience different activities(Direct care staff never recieve money back from company). Underage children that are in some of their group homes are allowed to participate in illegal activities (smoking,stealing, etc) with no corrective actions. Most of the time these activities goes knowingly (by the program managers) unreported. The children bearly get the proper therapy that this organization claim to provide. The psychologist only method to care for these youth is to medicate them, instead of getting to the deeper root of their problems and showing them how cope. The people in the main office are incompetent. They are to concerned with focusing on fundraisers instead of the children needs. The children bearly benefit from the fundraisers that this organizations hold. The majority of the Direct Care employees are miserable and scared to report all of these downfalls for fear of loosing there jobs. Direct care staff stay around not because of the job but because of the youth. DJS and DSS should do a thorough investigation on this organization

An award-winning organization in Maryland with great passion in touching lives through their formidable programs of HIV/AIDS, Orphans and vulnerable children and donation of Medical supplies and equipment to hospitals in Africa. <br>I support this great organization and leadership wholeheartedly.

Lenan Poueh Menoua is a special social club which is culturally tied to Cameroon and, particularly, to the region of Dschang and the francophone north-west Bamileké peoples who also speak Yemba and, often, English. Like many African Diaspora social clubs that exist in and around the U.S. Capitol, Lenan has various philanthropic missions here and back in the "motherland," which in this case is Cameroon. Their projects have varying degrees of success but they are always ongoing; moreover, nobody's better at implementing philanthropic enterprises in central Africa than ex-patriots who maintain strong ties to the country of their birth. They're experts at seeing to it that the money (or effort or donated goods) goes where it's supposed to go. <br> <br>Members of Lenan pay annual dues and attend a variety of social functions throughout the year. Besides the annual celebratory functions and monthly meetings, there are also special celebrations for newborns, christenings, graduations, etc., and the organization also hosts funerals for members' immediate family and helps pay for their funerary and travel expenses. However, these are all part of the normal social function of the meeting rather than related to special philanthropic and charitable activities; for that, Lenan has an annual fundraiser with live musical performances and dancing but they also take up special collections and they have sometimes accepted on-line donations over the internet via their website. <br> <br>In short, if you want your donation to help disadvantaged students and other impoverished people in Cameroon, then you can feel good about supporting the philanthropic missions of Lenan Poueh Menoua.
