I have followed LNPB since I randomly read comments from Toby (Founder of LNPB) about how she felt about her rescues. I felt like I finally meet someone who feels exactly like I do about my dogs. The love and determination to give them a better life than they had before and also when she spoke of the devastating loss and sorrow she felt at losing her pets. I thought I was the only one who felt such a huge whole in my heart. Her words hit a cord with me and Ive been a supporter and follower ever since. More importantly was that they save seniors from the shelters that have little to no ability to get adopted. Some of the worst cases of abuse and neglect yet there was LNPB scooping up yet another senior to give it a chance to be comfortable and feel love even if for a short time. These seniors knew they were loved and didn’t die on a cold shelter floor. <br><br>Since opening their low cost clinic I have referred many coworkers and friends. All had rave reviews of the staff and quality of care their pet received. The staff is very loving and knowledgeable, more importantly its affordable. So many including myself have had to make that heart wrenching decision to let a pet go due to the lack of funds to cover their illness. LNPB clinic is exactly what people need to keep their pets healthy and not dread making that appt. due to the cost you may incur. Costs are half if not less of what other clinics charge you. <br> <br>I read online of a woman devastated to have to put her dog down due to the outrageous costs for her pets care. I reached out to Toby to see if just maybe she could help this pet. There was no hesitation. She reached out to this woman neither of us knew and offered to take a look at her pet and see what they could do to reduce the cost. They ended up doing surgery on the dog at 1/3 of the cost she was quoted elsewhere and many donated to help cover those costs. The followers of LNPB are diehard fans of Tobys. <br><br>Much respect for LNPB for taking on the unwanted, unloved, abused and neglected seniors out there. Shelters are a harsh environment for any animal let alone an unhealthy, confused senior.
