Myself and family have been involved with supporting SMD school for over 25 years. This has.included child sponsorship, and. designing and supervising partial construction of a seismic retrofit to protect the small children’s dormitory building. Due to various factors, this has not been completed in the way that I would wish to provide greater stability. We have had ongoing contact both with Shirley Blair and Debra Ann Robinson-Menzies over the years and can attest to their great dedication to the school. We know full well, how demanding this can be and heartbreaking when vulnerable children have to be turned away because of lack of resources. Alicia Andrade and Mandi Budd - you should hold yourselves to a higher standard of professionalism and decency or frankly refrained from working with survivors altogether. I am confounded by your behavior in particular, Alicia Andrade, and am reminded of a young survivor of assault who upon reporting her assault and attacker was instead assaulted by the very person she mistakenly deemed was safe and so asked for help. You are that second individual. The disdain you have expressed towards my client would be more appropriately turned inward to reexamine your own duplicity. Charities have a responsibility of safeguarding client data, duty of care, ethical compliance and transparency. Making one statement to the client while consciously having zero intention of keeping this commitment and then subsequently emailing the client's advocate with inaccurate information makes you neither kind nor professional, Alicia Andrade; it makes you manipulative.

Suzanne is an amazing mentor for the kids and an inspiration through her music. Special angels help kids navigate through life’s hardships in a safe, respected, community. It is a wonderful and much needed non profit organization that will benefit today’s youth and future generations.

I have been a volunteer for this program for over 30 years. I have amazed from the very beginning how this program literally and figuratively takes 95% of every dollar raised and pours it directly into the program for the children. Everyone from nurses, doctors, camp directors, assistants and on down the line volunteer their time and energy into the program. The program is so unique in that it provides a safe environment for children ages 5-14 that have chronic and life threatening illness that require medical care daily that almost no other camp can provide. It gives them a week to be kids again with others that they can relate to and to do it with no one being left on the sidelines or felt alone with their illnesses. This is all provided with no cost to them or their families, including the transportation to get them to the camp. <br>It is an “under the radar “ amazing organization that should be recognized as one of the true heroes in a society of volunteers giving of their time, heart and love to children in need.

CureSHANK is one of the most thoughtful and well-run nonprofits I have had the pleasure to work with as a board member or consultant. Being entirely run by parents of kids affected by PMS is a unique quality that factors into their decision-making and the way they run the organization. This is a level of passion and dedication that cannot be matched by another type of structure. I have zero doubt that the contributions of CureSHANK will lead to treatments and a cure in my lifetime.

I called this rescue in hopes to try to rehome my animal or get any information about how I could do that. Less than 10 minutes later I got a voicemail completely chewing me out for even considering doing that. I called them back and they said I need to be better dog parenting and training my dog without asking any personal information about my story. She is so rude and this was extremely hurtful in my soul because it's already a hard decision. Please show compassion as I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with what I just dealt with. You should be ashamed of yourself. - There is a reason why they don't have reviews turned on. Don't donate here.

What an amazing organization. I've had the pleasure of giving my time to help with toy deliveries and the smiles on the childrens' faces touched me deeply. Kimberly is a wonderful spirit and I'm grateful to have her as a friend in my life.

The Neuromuscular Disease Foundation has been an invaluable source of support for me since I had to leave work on disability. They provided me with a welcoming and compassionate community that made me feel like I was no longer alone in my journey. This newfound sense of belonging has inspired me to share information about the Neuromuscular Disease Foundation with others, so they too can find the same support and hope that has been instrumental in my life.

This is one nonprofit that is 100% committed to conservation, preservation, protection of wildlife and the environment, and moving mountains to educate the younger and older generation on how to help this planet of ours. The president and founder of the William Holden Wildlife Foundation, Ms. Stefanie Powers, does not earn a penny. In fact, she covers all the overhead expenses; therefore, all donations go straight to the foundation’s cause. Please visit the website and see how informative it is. Ms. Powers’ passion is so sincere it just radiates throughout the WHWF website, through the multitude of interviews for the past three (3) decades, and even the four (4) WHWF podcast she did in 2021. If you are researching for an authentic nonprofit that helps the wild animals from being endangered and help the environment from destruction via education and practicing what is taught, then this is one that you can wholeheartedly have 100% confidence in donating to. I have been a supporter of MINDS since it began in 2010 and have been impressed every year by how far the $ can go with regards to impact.

Ameri-I-Can is one of the most inspiring organizations I’ve ever came across. I went through their program and it changed my life forever. Through their philosophy I learned how to work through my traumas and become a better person. I am forever grateful for the team and all the work they’re doing for the community.

Today I received like 5 people by Facebook saying that I was a winner to comunacate for specifications of how to received the gift first al your information and last you have to pay 200 dollars in the other one I have to pay 150 then in the other only 70 dollars .I explain each one I'm not working cause I'm fighting my disability social security cause of my health I got proof evidence and still they say I have to pay all these numbers are scam numbers and is sadly that Mr Dwayne Johnson hasn't seen the magnitude of what these people are doing especially when you suffer a deep depression I think your organization has to organize and take these people cause they use Facebook I got the numbers stop these scammers because they are harming your FANS.

Allowing the animal abuser to torture animals in Marlowe’s Tehachapi property. Marlowe, in an effort to hide her fraud and participation in animal abuse, hired an internet reputation repair company to spam the internet with fluff so when you google her name you won’t see the official documentation filed by Marlowe herself. Is Marlowe still hiding behind fraudulent non-profits to scam and fraud?

I took walks each Shabbos towards the Doheny Mansion, from the residence were temporarily I took shelter in Beverly Hills as I was transitioning with life once again, and I needed to be close to you to regain strength as always I did when I was under your energy field and received your lovingkindness. I called Erika asking for a date to visit you. All she said, was that the family didn’t welcome visits at that point due to your health conditions, so I looked at the house gate each time I walked by, and you must have cached my energy surrounding you and sent back sparkles of goodness, as I received help almost immediately after your departure, and a huge life shift occurred benefiting my situation generously. I learn now reading the post I found in the internet that the dates coincide, I am pasting it here as part of this article tribute to you. <br>Sorry I couldn’t be close to you during the last couple of years of your Parkinson’s. I became sick with depression last season I took care of you. It was so difficult to absorb that such an intelligent amazing woman’s brain was gone with the Alzheimer’s stage of the disease. I became a Docent at the Museum of Tolerance to walk visitors through the dignity of the Holocaust’s survivor’s lives instead of continuing seeing you, I couldn’t, it was painful. I've followed Bill Foundation for close to 4 years now and for the past 2 years, things have just not been the same. There used to be great stories of dog rescues and how our donations are going towards helping the dogs. There were updates on how our donations are being used and updates on the dogs that we all feel personally invested in because we all donated. Now, there's nothing of that going on. Just short posts of "new addition to the pack" and nothing on how we're all helping these dogs. I feel like the standards of Bill Foundation have fallen off the chart. There's on more accountability and neither do I feel like my donations are actually going towards the dogs. For all I know, the people behind BF are pocketing these donations. I've stopped donating about a year ago because of this. And now I've finally stopped "liking" and "following" this page because they seem to be making false accusations in regards to other reputable rescues. On top of that, they've resorted to petty moves such as blocking people from commenting on their Facebook page and replying back with nasty comments. I'm not sure who's running the show here at Bill Foundation but it's leaving me with a really bad taste in my mouth and I'm truly disappointed in how far the integrity of this rescue has fallen. I have no time for an organization that air their dirty laundry like that so publicly and let their pettiness dictate how they treat their donors. I hope that someday BF will get their act together and remember once again that it's all about the dogs and not the drama.

It's very important that we have a non-profit like this one. Preserving these historical images tells the story of people of color, their culture and contributions to American society.

TreePeople has helped me plan and carry out three tree planting projects at my son's school. The best part has been that the students were able to help plant the trees themselves. TreePeople was so great at explaining to them why planting trees is important, and how to do it correctly. They even had shovels small enough for the kindergarten students to use! The playground use to be sweltering hot and completely unshaded - now it's green, shady, and so, so beautiful.

Spirits Lanidng is a wonderful charity. Its platform and year round service to all ages of women who are willing to dig deep and change their lives is profound. As a volunteer, i found its students and the village of women to be refreshing. I volunteered as a teacher of physical fitness and the women were very warm and dedicated. In a world where "the face" of need always seems to look the same, Spirits Landing and its Executive Director shine a light on the pervasive lack of self knowledge, lack of community/isolation, lack of balanced education and poor health are stem problems to that lead to poverty, violence, depression, stagnation, fear and homelessness.....all road blocks to personal success. I was taught that the lack of personal success among women will lead to community/world failure.
