WES has clear instructions on what academic documents to submit and how to submit them. More than 50,000 individuals each year successfully obtain their credential evaluations from WES, and to date WES has prepared evaluations for close to 750,000 foreign educated persons. Still, there are also people who cannot, or will not, submit authentic credentials and there is not much that WES can do to help them. They can seek to have their application fees refunded, but without confirmed authentic credentials, WES does not prepare an evaluation report.
