this charity is not efficiently using donation income. Overpaying fundraising and overpaying salaries

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I have compared th efficiency of this charity to the other similar ones and realized my money is better used somewhere else
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
lower by at least 45% the amount wasred in fundraising. Other similar c hatiries do not pay their president and high officials thst much smount. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHARITY .....a substantially greater amount should go to the programs. Other charities do it why not them
