My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Rebuilding Together - Altanta, Inc., Atlanta, GA, USA
This is an awesome foundation!!! They assist the elderly and disabled residents of Atlanta by making needed repairs to their homes. They have volunteers and other resources to make needed home repairs that people in the catagory mentioned above are unable to otherwise perform on their own. This foundation and its many sponsers and volunteers are a huge blessing to families and communities in the metro area.
Review for Warrick Dunn Charities, Inc., Atlanta, GA, USA
Left me breathlesss...I cried so much!! Never in a million years would I have thought that I'd be receiving such an incredable gift! Being a single parent is hard work and lots of times goes unrewarded. This organizations deed not only touched my soul but looked out for the entire household....everyone was left floating on cloud 9!
Thank you to EVERYONE involved in every aspect of WDFF!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the area of giving freely and never asking for anything in return. They have made every household that they have assisted very happy. WDFF has taken the burden off of the head of household. The initial down payment on the new home, furnishing, food, accessories...etc.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Increase the area that I serve eventually going international. Start a college scholarship fund, prevention classes for the children living in these household so that they can be better equipped mentally, socially, economically. Support groups, peer groups.
