This charity has worked toward changing the lives of children through staff development and training. The work has shown to be a great success and they are changing after-school programs across the state of California and hope to go change the lives of 70 million kids. I think they are at 800k+.

WISH THEIR SERVICES WERE FREE! Their hope is to eventually have enough donations and sponsorships through their non-profit to buy out the for-profit which would allow them to give away their services for free.
