Review for Community Women Against Hardship, St Louis, MO, USA
Community Women Against Hardship (CWAH) is responsible for providing countless young women and their families in the St. Louis area a fresh start. What I like most about CWAH is they don't acknowledge the words can't or impossible. They only know can and possible! Gloria Taylor is an awesome leader. I was impressed with her and the organization the minute I met her. Her energy is amazing, her compassion immeasurable. CWAH is sowing into the future by providing tutoring children and also developing an appreciation for Jazz music. They even have a "boutique" where parents may get items for themselves, their children and their household. I like the way Gloria just doesn't accept "any type" of donation when it comes to furniture or clothing to give to her clients, she wants the best for them because she is giving them her best and expects the best from them.

I see the fruit from the life of a former client, Tammy Fields who was a teenage mother. CWAH gave her the tools to succeed. She became a teacher and worked with teens in the city, she moved to Denver where she continues to flourish and volunteer, giving back/paying forward.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would send them a milion dollars so they could continue the great work! That's the only change needed, they need big funds because the vision is big, really big!
