I look at Akilah as an esteemed institute that trains and empowers young ladies in Rwanda. What Akilah gives meets the needs of self-motivated young ladies in Rwanda to help them determine and live out the life they want in preparation for a better future. Hospitality, leadership, tourism and customer-care are just some of the skills acquired from Akilah. They are the tools that a student at Akilah will apply to transform bad customer service in Rwandan to wonderful customer services in Rwanda.
