Review for Northern Jaguar Project, Tucson, AZ, USA
Turtle, a representative from NJP came to my 4th/5th grade class to give a presentation on Jaguars in the Sonoran Desert and give my students information about the organization. My students were mesmerized by the photos of jaguars and by the fact that these animals live in our very own desert. Turtle's presentation was well-prepared, full of facts and information geared toward my group of kids and the content we're learning in class. My students had tons of questions which clearly showed their interest in this topic. I know this educational presentation will linger in the thoughts (and hopefully) actions of my students for a long time.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization by allowing my students to see and learn about conservation/ecology work on a larger scale, which is a great addition to the ecology work we do here in my class.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would encourage them to involve more Tucson/Southern Arizona students in spreading awareness and education about jaguars and their habitat.
