why the large net asset value.?
I understand reserve and functional needs as cars and equipment, but over a billion?

they did help me after a fire, but I want more effeciency.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
make sure more went to programs instead of staff perks and salaries.
