Review for Sacramento Take Back the Night, Sacramento, CA, USA
Sacramento Women Take Back the Night has had consecutive rallies and marches to end violence against women annually for the last 35 years! This is the longest running Take Back the Night that we know of. I am so proud to be a part of this grassroots community based organization that strives to raise awareness locally about the effects of violence on our communities and to call for an end to it! Thanks for the work you do as well, it is inspiring!

Figure out a way to make a stronger foundation. It is amazing to me on the $3000 a year budget that we have existed as long as we have.
Role: Board Member & organized rally and march to end violence against women, over 500 community members attending in 2010.
