Review for Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Houston, TX, USA
The Houston SPCA is a wonderful organization that has helped so many animals. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to the amazing work that they do, my family was able to adopt a dog and give it a lovely home and second chance at a happy life. The Houston SPCA offers a lot more than other shelters when you adopt an animal. Our dog was spayed, tested for heart worms, updated on shots, micro chipped, give a free vet follow up visit, a free information class on behaviors and training, a bag of dog food and a pet kit with important information. The Houston SPCA offers affordable obedience classes for all pet owners, regardless of where you got your pet from. They really reach out to the community to help not just animals, but their owners as well.

Review for Discovery Green Conservancy, Houston, TX, USA
Discovery Green is an amazing park! When you are in the beautiful setting of the park you almost forget that you are in the middle of a big city. This park has really helped to bring the community together. They have great events yearly, a lot are free. Live music, festivals, art exhibits, movies in the park and more. It's a very family and pet friendly place. The play area and water features are great, especially during summer in Houston. The park construction is inspiration to all. They have done a wonderful job making this park eco friendly!
