I have seen the emails of the military sponsors expressing their appreciation for the charity Dallas is Love provides their members. I've witnessed the effort the individuals have exerted to educate and bring awareness to Dallas communities through innovative fundraisers. I've assited and gotten feedback from military hospital administrators about Dallas is Love's support and contributions that help sustained underfunded morale programs for the Wounder Warriors.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Develop a budget that incorporates an event planner/grantwriter/fundraiser. In order for the organization to grow, it will have to expand beyond the hands of the current managers, unless they are going to make this organization their life's work. It can't be a hobby. People have to be dedicated to increasing the organization's name and credibility to others to make fundraising easier.
