The Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative is very personal for me. My mother, father,grandmother, and my friend's mother are all listed on the purple ribbon quilts. I've also purchased quilts, and other items, from them for gifts to others touched by AD. This group has no "administrative" costs. All the donations go to Alz. research. I don't think there is an organization that can top this one!
