The Detroit Children's Choir is a wonderful venue for kids in grades 4-7. It gives them a chance to express themselves in song. Also helps them learn team building. It lets them experience commitment issues. Mrs. Schoch stresses the fact that being a singer, you have to commit to being a team player. All the while learning to read and write music.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would give leniency to parents and singers who give advance notifaction of prior commitments.
MY ROLE:
Volunteer & I work as the administrative assistant for the Detroit Children's Choir. I also help recruit children to this venue.
