Music has been a part of my life since grammar school when my father began to teach me how to play the clarinet. After moving to Stockton, I became a part of the audience of Stockton Symphony performances. When I was invited to serve on the board, I felt it was a true honor to serve. I support the Symphony and believe in its mission because I believe that a civilized society needs, and benefits from, live classical musical performances. Our community is blessed with a truly competent and outstanding conductor and an excellent group of musicians.
