I've been a consultant for a nonprofit organization associated with BFL for almost five years. I have come to the conclusion that not only is BFL at the forefront of what they do, the members, starting with the CEO, have a zeal to improve and build on the foundation of assisting a vulnerable population that has been overlooked in many areas of life.

witnessing many of the clients evolve from ravaged caterpillars to beautiful, free butterflies!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
There are no changes that I'm qualified to even suggest. They are the experts and are open to the refining that occasionally needs to be done.
MY ROLE:
Volunteer & I assisted the children with their educational needs.
