Review for Building Biology Institute, Santa Fe, NM, USA
This Institute (IBE) has an extraordinarily important role to play in educating the public about the critical role that buildings have in human health. IBE is the only place I know of where all the information concerning creating health supporting buildings is collected for the public. I became concerned about the indoor environment in 1987 when both wife and I were made environmentally ill by our home and work environments. I found out about IBE in 1988 through a magazine ad. IBE was the answer to my prayers. The Institute provided the information I need to realize that our home was poisoning us with electromagnetic radiation and with chemicals from defective building materials. And it provided the information needed to correct the problems. My life would not be the same without IBE.
